Welcome to HandyVPS ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at handyvps.com and all related cloud, hosting, and virtual private server services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates local, national, or international regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting malicious software, malware, or ransomware.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in phishing schemes.
- Initiating Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or unauthorized network scanning.
- Hosting material that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.
4. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds
Certain Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle depending on your selected subscription plan.
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or required by applicable consumer law.
5. Service Availability & SLA
While HandyVPS strives to maintain maximum uptime and reliability for all server infrastructure, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen emergency repairs may occasionally cause service interruptions. We are not liable for business loss resulting from unannounced server outages outside SLA parameters.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandyVPS and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or operational downtime.
